      What exactly do I get back?

      With Concept Rendering: a project rendering and floor plan built from your photos, dimensions, and scope notes. With Build-Ready Plans: a full permit-ready plan set you can take to a contractor for bids.

      Do I have to build with The Haus Scouts after?

      No — the plans are yours. If you build with us, the design fee is credited toward the project. If we don't build in your area, we can connect you with a trusted local contractor in our network.

      Is this really available anywhere, not just Texas?

      Yes — Design is a nationwide service, independent of where any actual construction happens.

      How>fast will I hear back?

      Typically 3–5 business days for a Concept Rendering, longer for a full Build-Ready package. We'll text and email you the moment it's ready — no need to check back.

      What's the DIY Build Guide?

      A step-by-step written walkthrough of how to execute your specific design yourself, for homeowners who want to do the work rather than hire it out. It's a $49 add-on to either package.
