These Terms of Use govern your use of hausscouts.com and the services offered by Solar Scouts Services, LLC, doing business as Haus Scouts ("Haus Scouts," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay.
Concept renderings are AI-assisted visualizations, reviewed by our team, meant to help you see a design direction. They are not construction documents, engineering, or a guarantee of how a finished project will look, cost, or comply with codes. Measurements, structure, permits, and code compliance must be confirmed by qualified professionals and your local building department before any work begins.
The DIY Build Guide is general educational information. Electrical, gas, structural, and most plumbing work should be performed by licensed professionals, and you are responsible for following local laws and safety practices.
Payment is due at checkout. If we have not started work on your order, contact us for a full refund. Once a rendering, revision, or plan set has been delivered, that fee is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
You keep ownership of the photos and documents you upload. You give us permission to use them to provide our services, including processing by our AI service providers. Please upload only content you have the right to share. We may use completed designs in our portfolio only with your permission.
You may use your deliverables for your own project, including sharing them with contractors for bids. Our site, branding, and templates remain our property.
We create an account for you when you start a project. Sign-in links are sent to your email; keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Description: If you opt in, Haus Scouts will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Project messages include updates about your inquiry, rendering status, account sign-in, and customer support. Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in to them) include offers and design tips. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
